At Red Carpet Pet Companions, we believe that every pet is unique—so their care plan should be too. That’s why we don’t follow a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, we take time to understand your pet’s individual needs, routines, and personality.
To ensure the best possible fit, we offer a complimentary Meet ‘n Greet before booking. This visit gives you the chance to meet your baby’s future Pet Companion, observe how your pet responds to us, and collaborate on a custom care plan that prioritizes their comfort, safety, and well- being.

Red Carpet Pet Companions phone line is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. Our hours are by appointment, so they fluctuate based on our daily booking schedule.
Red Carpet Pet Companions provides pet services in Central Florida; serving residents in Windermere, Dr. Philips, Williamsburg and Hunters Creek areas. We also serve visitors traveling to the area with their pets. Contact us to see if we can service your area and accommodate your needs.
At Red Carpet Pet Companions, LLC., we are committed to providing exceptional service to all of our clients. In order to manage our schedule effectively and compensate for lost revenue due to missed bookings, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Standard Cancellation WindowClients must cancel a minimum of 5 days prior to their scheduled booking in order to avoid charges. This includes any booking date changes; RCPC must be informed of date changes 5 days prior to the start of initial booking. (Ex.: If your booking is on Saturday, then you mustcancel no later than the Monday prior to your booking.)
Holidays & Peak Seasons Cancelation Window
Peak holiday periods are defined as one week before a holiday, during the holiday and one week after a holiday; in addition to the full month of November and December.
Bookings scheduled on and around holidays are subject to holiday pricing. Those prices will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
For bookings scheduled during peak holiday periods, cancellations must be made no less than 2 weeks or 14 days prior to the day of booking .
Late Cancellations & No-ShowsAny cancellation or change in booking dates made outside of the above mentioned windows, - no-shows -, will result in the full payment being charged. No exceptions.
** Please note that our cancellation policy applies to ALL customers, including those thathave standing weekly bookings.**
